Meet Zee
Over the last decade, I've worked alongside founders and executive teams to help build and scale high-growth technology companies. I've been fortunate to work on some of the most rewarding, and most challenging, parts of company building: hiring exceptional people, developing teams, redesigning organisations and making the people decisions that shape a company's future.
Those experiences taught me something simple: exceptional companies aren't built by accident. They're built through thousands of decisions about leadership, talent and organisation. The quality of those decisions ultimately determines how well a company scales.
I started Kernel because I wanted to make that experience available to founders beyond the companies I work in. Not as a traditional consultancy, but as a small, selective advisory practice built on practical experience, honest conversations and independent judgement.
Alongside my executive role, I work with a small number of ambitious founders each year through advisory, coaching and strategic projects, helping them build stronger leadership teams, better organisations and companies that are built to endure.
